Underwater Swim Video Analysis Sessions:

Service in San Diego, which entails:

• Underwater video of swim technique
• Classroom film session, breaking down technique and identifying issues
• Copy of videos, document of items discussed for improvement
• Full Q&A session
• 60 min session, $125 single-person, $200 two-person (TrainingBible athletes receive discounted rate)

Sport and Training Consultations:

• Underwater Swim Video Analysis - REMOTELY - Not in San Diego? Send me a video of you swimming, and I will analyze it for you, sending you my thoughts, tips for improvement and WHY! Cost is $80/analysis
• Run Video Analysis - REMOTELY - Not in San Diego? Send me a video of you swimming, and I will analyze it for you, sending you my thoughts, tips for improvement and WHY! Cost is $50/analysis
• Race Nutrition Plan Analysis - $50 per analysis
• Phone consultations at $80/hr, minimum 1 hour - Annual Training Plans, Race Strategize, WKO+ file reviews, season reviews, and MORE! Tell me what you need, I can help.
